Scholarships
Scholarships are the University's way of recognizing superior academic achievement and removing obstacles between scholars and the knowledge they seek. Annually, SIU awards $1.45 million in academic scholarships. -
Grants
A grant is a type of gift aid that does not have to be repaid. Eligibility for need-based and non-need-based grants is determined using federal, state and/or institutional formulas and information the student provides on their FAFSA.
